Growth Associate - Daily Shuttle

Job Summary

We are looking for a Growth Associate to drive user acquisition. In this role, you will be responsible for executing sales and marketing strategies to meet specific user acquisition targets for our daily shuttle. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer engagement and increase user adoption.

Job Details

Job Responsibilities 

• Execute strategies to acquire new customers to meet monthly revenue growth and user acquisition target.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and pain points, using insights to improve sales pitches.
• Work closely with marketing, and supply and operations teams to align objectives and execute initiatives effectively.
• Generate regular reports on growth performance, and monitor/analyze key growth metrics (e.g., conversion rates, retention rates) to assess effectiveness and suggest actionable improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, growth marketing, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales/marketing targets.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and referral marketing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
